Shipping Coverage
Baxvo currently ships only to eligible delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
Northern Mariana Islands
American Samoa
Palau
Marshall Islands
International destinations outside the United States
Shipping availability is verified at checkout based on the delivery address and ZIP code entered by the customer. If no shipping option appears during checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to that address.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping to all eligible delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.
No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free standard shipping.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
The processing period is the time required to verify, prepare and package your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation email will include tracking information when tracking is provided by the shipping carrier.
Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Baxvo is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

Peak holiday shipping periods
Transportation interruptions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Local delivery restrictions
Other unexpected carrier or logistics issues
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact us and include your order number so that we can assist you.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package is delayed, lost or delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
For packages marked as delivered, we recommend first checking:
Around the delivery location
With household members
With neighbors
With the local delivery carrier
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged item so that we can review the issue.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Baxvo does not currently offer international shipping.
Because orders are shipped only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, international customs duties and import taxes do not apply under this Shipping Policy.
Applicable state or local sales tax, if required, will be calculated at checkout.
