FAQ

What can I use this pump for?

Transfer water from open rain barrels and storage containers, move water between tanks, or use collected rainwater to water your garden. Make sure the container opening is large enough to fit the pump.

Do I need an electrical outlet while pumping?

No. The pump runs on a rechargeable 21V battery, so no wall outlet or extension cord is needed during use. Only the pump goes underwater—keep the battery and switch adapter dry and away from splashes.

Are the battery, charger, and hose included?

The Battery Kit includes the pump, a 14.8 ft switch cable, a 32.8 ft discharge hose, one/two 21V battery, and a charger.

The Bare Tool includes the pump and switch cable only. Battery, charger, and hose are sold separately.

How much water can it move, and how high can it lift?

The rated maximum flow is approximately 1,057 US GPH (4,000 L/h), and the rated maximum lift is 23 ft (7 m). These are separate maximum ratings. Actual flow depends on lift height, hose length, and setup; the pump will not deliver maximum flow at maximum lift.

Does it turn on and off automatically?

No. This model is manually controlled using the switch. It does not automatically respond to changing water levels. Monitor it while pumping and switch it off before it runs dry.
